Processing & Shipping
All Celtic Vessel pieces are one-of-a-kind and ship from my studio in Millersburg, Pennsylvania. Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping is included in the listed price of every item — what you see is what you pay. Domestic orders ship via USPS, and delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from the ship date. US shipping only, International shipping is unavailable.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we want you to love what you receive. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned item being received.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
Pottery is durable, but shipping happens. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a refund. If your order appears lost in transit, reach out and we'll work with the carrier to help track it down.
Custom Orders & Commissions
Celtic Vessel does not accept custom or commissioned designs. Because each piece is developed, tested, and refined over time, we're not able to guarantee a specific new image, size, or shape on request. That said, select designs from our existing collections may be available in different glaze colors — reach out and we're happy to let you know what's currently possible for a piece you love.

Care Instructions
Every piece is high-fired stoneware with food-safe glaze,microwave-safe, made for daily use. Preferred care: hand wash. We discourage using a dishwasher, as certain detergents can impact the glazes used.

We accept credit card or Paypal payment methods. Sales tax is applied as required by destination state law.

Need to change a recent order? Contact us within 3 days of placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before the piece ships.
